Kitchener-Waterloo By-election Candidates Talk About the Horse Racing Industry

The three main candidates for the September 6th Provincial By-election in the riding of Kitchener Waterloo were each asked to share their position regarding the McGuinty Government's decision to cancel the Slots at Racetracks Program.
