Healthy Lands for Healthy Horses Equine Stewardship Workshop

A two part equine stewardship workshop for those who own horses and manage their own facility will be held March 27th and April 10th, 2010 in Caledon, Ontario.  

Over the two days, topics such as pasture and manure management will be addressed, along with a personal environmental assessment of the particpants' horse facilities. Technical assistance and financial support to assist with the environmental improvement projects will be presented and local equine facilities that have made environmental improvements will be toured.
